  • Drunk Door Dash Drive makes up story about forced beer drinking

AQUIA HAVEN, VA—An incident involving a DoorDash delivery driver led to an unexpected turn of events at the Aquia Harbor Police Department on July 1. At approximately 5:06 p.m., Sheriff’s Deputy JJ Holetzky responded to a reported disturbance at 1040 Aquia Drive, where the delivery driver initially claimed she had been forced to drink beer while on duty.

After further questioning by officers, the complainant struggled to clarify her allegations, eventually admitting that she had made up the story to avoid repercussions from her employer.

The confession caused police to focus more on her actions, which led to her being charged with making a false police report.
